Ophthalmology

According to a WHO report1, with aging global population and wide-spread 3C lifestyle, the severity of eye health issues is increasing. There were an estimated over 2.2 billion people with visual disorder worldwide. Among them, 43 million people were blind in 2020. Statistically, people suffer at least one eye disorder during their lifespan.2

Immunology

The immune system protects the body from external and internal threats. Disorders occur in the immune system (including Immunodeficiency, autoimmune disorders, hyper immune) are primary causes of various types of diseases. A research report estimated about 10% of total population suffer from autoimmune diseases globally.3 WHO predicts that in 2050, 1 in 2 people in the world will suffer from allergies.4

Oncology

Cancer is a leading cause of death and disability. The WHO reported approximately 19.3 million new cancer cases globally in 2020, with nearly 10 million deaths.5,6 Approximately 1 in 5 individuals is expected to be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime. The global cancer burden is expected to increase by 47% from 2020, making the demand for treatment even more urgent.
